Deze pagina beschrijft hoe u de gegevens laat verwijderen die Digital Lab BV (Op het hofken 21, 3700 Tongeren, BE 1011.246.180) over u of uw organisatie verwerkt via de website digital-lab-solutions.be of via de Meta-applicatie “Digital Lab MCP” (App ID 788028264300697).
Stap 1 — Stuur een verwijderingsverzoek
Mail naar levi@digital-lab-solutions.be met als onderwerp “Verzoek tot gegevensverwijdering” en vermeld:
- uw naam en het e-mailadres of de organisatie waarop het verzoek betrekking heeft;
- indien van toepassing: het Meta-advertentieaccount-ID, de pagina of het Business Manager-ID;
- of u álle gegevens wilt laten verwijderen, of alleen een bepaald onderdeel (bv. leadgegevens, rapportagegegevens, toegangstokens).
Stap 2 — Bevestiging en uitvoering
U ontvangt binnen 5 werkdagen een ontvangstbevestiging met een referentienummer. Wij verwijderen de gegevens binnen 30 dagen uit onze systemen en back-ups en bevestigen dat per e-mail. Gegevens die wij wettelijk moeten bewaren (bv. facturen) vallen buiten de verwijdering; wij melden dan welke gegevens en tot wanneer.
Stap 3 — Toegang van de applicatie zelf intrekken (optioneel, onmiddellijk)
- Via Meta Business Manager: Bedrijfsinstellingen → Integraties → Apps → “Digital Lab MCP” → Verwijderen. Alle toegangstokens van de applicatie tot uw assets vervallen meteen.
- Via uw Facebook-account: Instellingen en privacy → Instellingen → Bedrijfsintegraties → “Digital Lab MCP” → Verwijderen. Kies daar ook “Gegevens verwijderen” als Facebook dat aanbiedt; Meta stuurt dat verzoek automatisch naar ons door en wij handelen het af zoals in stap 2.
Wat wordt verwijderd
Toegangstokens, opgeslagen rapportage- en campagnegegevens, leadgegevens die tijdelijk bij ons zijn opgeslagen, contactformuliergegevens en technische logs die aan u of uw organisatie te koppelen zijn. Geaggregeerde statistieken zonder persoonsgegevens kunnen behouden blijven.
Data Deletion Instructions (English)
This page explains how to have data deleted that Digital Lab BV (Op het hofken 21, 3700 Tongeren, Belgium, BE 1011.246.180) processes about you or your organisation through digital-lab-solutions.be or through the Meta application “Digital Lab MCP” (App ID 788028264300697).
- Send a deletion request to levi@digital-lab-solutions.be with subject “Data deletion request”. Include your name, the e-mail address or organisation concerned, and where applicable the Meta ad account ID, Page or Business Manager ID, and whether you want all data or a specific category (leads, reporting data, access tokens) deleted.
- Confirmation and execution. You receive an acknowledgement with a reference number within 5 business days. We delete the data from our systems and backups within 30 days and confirm by e-mail. Data we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices) is excluded; we will tell you which data and until when.
- Revoke the app’s access yourself (optional, immediate). In Meta Business Manager: Business settings → Integrations → Apps → “Digital Lab MCP” → Remove. In your Facebook account: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → “Digital Lab MCP” → Remove; choose “Delete data” if offered — Meta forwards that request to us and we handle it as in step 2.
What is deleted: access tokens, stored reporting and campaign data, temporarily stored lead data, contact-form data and technical logs attributable to you or your organisation. Aggregated statistics containing no personal data may be retained.
